When shooting under strong sunlight, the shutter speed is high and the aperture is sharply stopped. In such a case, add one ND filter. Since the amount of light entering the lens can be reduced, you will be able to select the desired shutter speed and aperture.
For example, even in bright sunny weather, the flow of water can be taken with a slow shutter, so you can express a sense of movement.
